We limit the collection and use of personal information to only what is required for us to successful provide the service we offer for our clients. We do not sell this information on and it is only shared with a third party holder or partner company as needed and required to successfully resolve the case for our clients. We neither monitor data subjects nor, gather information that is not necessary for the completion of our specific services. Typically we use name and address, genealogical information to establish deceased owners and their heirs and the unclaimed asset information all of which is required to fulfill our services in the interests and benefit of our clients. In the majority of our cases our services help companies comply with unclaimed property laws and help alert and inform owners and heirs of their need to act and consequences of inaction, whilst providing an offer of no risk service to resolve the matter and help owners and heirs reclaim the unclaimed assets they are legally entitled to. All private information is stored confidentially and securely. Once the clients’ case(s) is/are completed and closed personal information is retained only as required by law, otherwise it is deleted securely.
